- Collecting school supplies to distribute at CU Days at Douglass Park on August 9.

Click June 2025 to read our June news from First Pres. Our most exciting news this month is our return to worship in our historic Sanctuary after almost a two-year hiatus during which our antiquated elevator was replaced and the Sanctuary was spruced up with a new coat of paint, etc.
- We will return to the Sanctuary on Pentecost Sunday, June 8, with special music from Gary Winder on clarinet. We will say good-by to Matthew and Sora Shepard with brunch to immediately follow worship.
- Join us in wishing Harvey Hodges a happy 100th on June 28. Send a card if nothing else to Havey at 401 Burwash Avenue #159, Savoy, IL 61874.
- Coffee with Beth moves to Wednesdays in June from 10 am to noon at Espresso Royale at Robeson at the Crossing.
- Interested in traveling to Cuba in 2026? Sign up for the Cuba Study (a prerequisite for the trip) August 21-September 22.
- Ngoma African Arts Festival June 27 and 28…read issue for more info.
- Throughout June our Outreach Team is sponsoring “Because You Matter” Acts of Kindness. Pick up a card(s) and suggestion sheet from the Welcome Center or church office and see how you can participate.
